Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries, plain yogurt, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes and vanilla extract. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
