Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
