Instructions

  1. Brew black tea bags in 6 fl oz (180 ml) of hot water at double strength for 6 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
  2. Stir in blackberry purée while the tea is still warm.
  3. Add 4 fl oz (120 ml) of cold filtered water to the tea.
  4. Pour the tea mixture over 1 cup (240 g) of ice and serve immediately.
