Instructions

  1. Add the plain kefir to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and adjust by adding 1–2 tablespoons additional kefir if too thick, or extra ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
