Drizzling
Pouring a thin, irregular stream of a sauce, glaze or melted chocolate over a dessert to decorate or flavor it.

- Techniques and preparation methods
Drizzles should be thin enough to flow but thick enough to hold a line. Melted chocolate, caramel and powdered sugar glazes are common. A spoon, fork, squeeze bottle or a piping bag with a small hole gives control.
For neat lines, move quickly back and forth over the dessert, letting the stream fall from a little height.
