Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, then add 2 cups vanilla ice cream and the melted white chocolate.
  3. Add 1/8 tsp peppermint extract and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
