Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries, a pinch of fine sea salt, and the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen blueberries if too thin.
