Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana if too thin.
