Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to a blender.
- Add 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 2 tbsp chopped graham crackers, and 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending to keep texture.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour the milkshake into a chilled 16-ounce glass.
- Top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and sprinkle 1 tbsp mini marshmallows on top.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
