Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to a blender.
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp caramel sauce and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency; if too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time. If too thin, add 1/4 cup additional ice cream.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp caramel drizzle.
