Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until smooth and spread in the crust.
  2. Spoon 1/2 cup of the caramel over the cream cheese and scatter with the pecans.
  3. Heat the cream until simmering, pour over the chocolate, and stir until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle over the pecans with the remaining caramel.
  4. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
