Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, protein powder, silken tofu, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  4. Check the consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend briefly.
  5. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
