  • ½ cup (120.0 g)ice cubes
  • ⅛ tspfine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, cooked and cooled sweet potato, ground cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.

  • Use cooked and cooled sweet potato to avoid cooking during blending. You can substitute almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
