Instructions

- Add the frozen banana, sunflower seed butter, honey or maple syrup, fine sea salt, vanilla extract, and frozen mixed berries.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
