Instructions

  1. Add the milk and pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and chopped apple.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and add 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
