Instructions
- Add the unsweetened coconut milk to a high-speed blender first.
- Add the frozen pineapple chunks, chopped apple, baby spinach, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Add the ice cubes on top.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35 to 50 seconds, until completely smooth.
