Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk; if too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana pieces and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
