Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the chopped ripe pear, rolled oats, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
