Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the pumpkin purée, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
