Instructions
- Add the whole milk and vanilla ice cream to a blender.
- Add caramel sauce, frozen pineapple, and pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
