Instructions

  1. Put the chocolate and peanut butter in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Bring the cream just to a simmer, pour it over, and let stand for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the vanilla and salt and stir until smooth.
  4. Let stand at room temperature until thick enough to pipe, about 1 hour. Spoon the filling into a piping bag fitted with a long filling tip. Poke a small hole in the side of each cooled doughnut and pipe in about 2 tablespoons, until the doughnut feels heavy.
