Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 tbsp peanut butter to a blender and mix briefly to combine.
  2. Add 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/3 cup crushed cookies, and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
