Instructions
- Add whole milk, chopped apple, and chopped pear to a blender.
- Add vanilla ice cream and pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with whipped cream.
