  • ½ tsp (1.0 g)ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (120.0 g)ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency; if too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk, or add a few more ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
