Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk, vanilla ice cream, pure vanilla extract, and freshly squeezed orange juice to a blender.
  2. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  3. Check consistency and add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
