Instructions

  1. Prepare Thai-style oliang coffee blend, brewed according to its package instructions (or brew strong coffee), then cool promptly.
  2. Whisk cold milk with condensed milk until no streaks remain.
  3. Divide ice between two glasses, then pour in the sweet milk and the chilled coffee.
  4. For this original vanilla adaptation, add 3 ml pure vanilla extract to the prepared base and stir or blend until evenly dispersed; if it is a spice or chopped solid, hydrate, infuse or melt it in the warm phase, then strain if necessary.
  5. Stir gently or present layered; serve immediately.

Tips

  • Contains a possible caffeine source; exact caffeine per serving varies with products and extraction.
