Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, rolled oats, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds to combine, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional coconut milk if too thick, or add a few extra ice cubes or frozen mango chunks if too thin.
