Instructions
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
- Whisk matcha with a small amount of hot water (about 2 fl oz / 60 ml at 160°F / 71°C) until smooth and frothy.
- Stir in mango purée until fully incorporated.
- Steam the whole milk to 140–150°F (60–66°C) with fine microfoam.
