Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, plain yogurt, honey, and pinch of fine sea salt, along with the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  4. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana slices if too thin.
