Instructions
- Brew green tea and allow it to cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.
- Add the cooled green tea, unsweetened coconut milk beverage, and pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, ice cubes, and fine sea salt.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
- Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk or green tea if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen mango if too thin.
- Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
Tips
- Use chilled brewed green tea for best flavor and to avoid melting the ice too quickly. Substitute coconut milk with almond or oat milk if preferred.
