Instructions
- Add cold water, extra-fine Greek coffee, and sugar to a small cezve or briki (traditional Greek coffee pot).
- Place the cezve on low heat and slowly bring to a near boil, allowing foam to form but not letting it boil over.
- Remove from heat just before it starts boiling, pour some foam into a small coffee cup, then fill the cup with the rest of the coffee.
- Serve immediately without stirring.
