Instructions

- Add 1/2 medium ripe banana, 2 shots (2 fl oz) of chilled espresso, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
