  • ½ cup (120.0 ml)ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  4. Check the consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin, and blend again briefly.
  5. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
