Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the chocolate hazelnut spread with 1/4 cup of the cream until smooth and loose.
- In a chilled bowl, whip the remaining cream and salt to stiff peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate hazelnut spread mixture in two additions until evenly combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon the filling into a piping bag fitted with a long filling tip. Poke a small hole in the side of each cooled doughnut and pipe in about 2 tablespoons, until the doughnut feels heavy.

- Vanilla boost: add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract with the other flavorings for a rounder, warmer flavor.
