Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups (480 ml) chocolate ice cream.
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp (22 g) caramel sauce and 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup (60 ml) additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce (480 ml) glass and top with 2 tbsp (30 g) whipped cream and 1 tsp (5 g) caramel drizzle.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
