Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp caramel sauce, 1/4 cup toasted pecans (chopped), and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check the consistency; if too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time and blend briefly; if too thin, add 1/4 cup more ice cream and blend again.
- Pour the milkshake into a chilled 16-ounce glass.
