Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 oz chopped white chocolate fudge to a small saucepan and heat gently over low heat, stirring frequently until fudge melts and mixture is warm (around 160°F / 71°C).
  2. Pour the warm white chocolate mixture into a blender, add 2 cups vanilla ice cream and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency; add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp white chocolate shavings.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Warm the white chocolate fudge mixture gently to help it melt smoothly without clumping. Use good-quality white chocolate fudge for best flavor.
