Instructions
- Extract the espresso using 18 g of finely ground espresso to yield about 36 g of espresso.
- Steam the whole milk until it reaches 160°F (71°C) and forms velvety microfoam.
- Pour the steamed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon, then top with a thick layer of foamed milk.
- Serve immediately.
