Instructions

  1. Place 1/2 cup cubed bread pudding into the blender.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to the blender.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and thick. Avoid overblending.
  5. Check consistency and add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick or 1/4 cup more ice cream if too thin.
  6. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream.
