Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and plain dairy-free yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes, fine sea salt, and pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency; if too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) additional coconut milk. If too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen blueberries.
