Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and frozen banana.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit pieces if too thin. Blend briefly to combine.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
