Instructions

  1. Add the sliced ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and pure vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.
  3. Pour the banana cream mixture evenly into 8 popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place the molds in the freezer.
  5. Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of each mold to release the popsicles before serving.
