Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 1 1/2 tbsp caramel sauce, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup crushed almonds or almond brittle for crunch.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp caramel drizzle.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Add crushed almonds or almond brittle to introduce crunch matching the drink’s name. For a nut-free option, substitute almond butter with cashew butter and omit the topping.
