Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen banana, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low speed for about 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35 to 50 seconds until completely smooth.
