Instructions
- Heat filtered water to 195°F (91°C).
- Place a filter in the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water to eliminate paper taste.
- Assemble the AeroPress in the inverted position and add 17 g medium-fine ground coffee.
- Pour all 8 fl oz (240 ml) of hot water over the coffee grounds and stir gently for about 10 seconds.
- Attach the plunger and let the coffee steep for 1 minute.
- Press the plunger down slowly to extract the coffee.
- Serve immediately; add any sweetener, spice, or milk to taste while the coffee is hot.
Tips
