Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey, 2 tablespoons (30 g) pistachio butter, and 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time; if too thin, add 1/4 cup additional ice cream.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
