Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1/2 cup frozen mango, 2 tablespoons passion fruit pulp, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
Tips
- Use ripe passion fruits for the best flavor; if unavailable, passion fruit juice can be substituted but may be less pulpy. To make ahead, blend all except whipped cream and add topping just before serving.
