Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chai concentrate, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) whipped cream.
