  • 1.0 cup (240.0 ml)ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk beverage and banana to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the shredded coconut, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
