Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, rolled oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
